Payment Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card guarantee is mandatory at the time of booking, confirming your reservation upon successful deposit or payment as per the terms below. The resort reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if payments are not received by the due date. Additionally, confirmation of bookings requires all guest names, especially for multiple room reservations.

Payment options include credit card or bank transfer. A secure online link is provided for credit card payments, and the credit card used must be presented by the cardholder at check-in, along with ID or passport verification.

2024 Year

For stays from January 1 to April 13, 2024

  • Rooms: Full payment due 3 days before arrival.
  • Suites, Signature Suites & Villa One: Full payment due 7 days before arrival.

For stays from April 14 to October 13, 2024

  • Rooms: Full payment due 1 day before arrival.
  • Signature Suites & Villa One: Full payment due 7 days before arrival.

For stays from October 14 to December 25, 2024

  • Rooms: Full payment due 3 days before arrival.
  • Suites, Signature Suites & Villa One: Full payment due 7 days before arrival.

For stays from December 26, 2024 to January 4, 2025

  • Rooms and Suites: One-night deposit at booking.
  • Signature Suites & Villa One: 50% deposit at booking; full payment 21 days before arrival.

2025 Year

For stays from January 4 to February 26, 2025

  • Rooms: Full payment due 3 days before arrival.
  • Suites, Signature Suites & Villa One: Full payment due 7 days before arrival.

For stays from February 27 to March 28, 2025

  • Rooms: Full payment due 1 day before arrival.
  • Signature Suites & Villa One: Full payment due 7 days before arrival.

  • Rooms: Full payment due 3 days before arrival.
  • Suites, Signature Suites & Villa One: Full payment due 7 days before arrival.
