Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. If you wish to cancel your booking, please note the following terms:

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation on or before 14 days (two weeks) prior to the scheduled check-in date without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed manually within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Transaction Charges: Please note that credit card processing fees, bank charges, or currency exchange differences are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to care@vacoro.com.

Additional Terms

  • Amenities: Any additional amenities or services purchased by the guest are non-refundable.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., travel restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies), management reserves the right to offer rebooking options or partial refunds at its discretion.
  • Legal Compliance: This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
